In-Game Radio Stations

The radio stations in GTA VI will soon be available in Leonida, offering a distinctive musical range unique to the Grand Theft Auto series.

GTA VI will feature various radio stations, each focusing on different music genres, such as Cocotea FM for modern Latin music and Dirty South Classics for old-school rap. In addition to the traditional soundtrack, players will have the opportunity to listen to in-game podcasts for the first time, thus expanding their listening options beyond terrestrial radio stations.

Rockstar has showcased a selection of DJs and musical snippets that will highlight iconic artists, with additional stations confirmed, including classic rock and talk radio. The podcasts will be accessible through headphones connected to the smartphones of characters Jason and Lucia, allowing for a fully immersive audio experience in the game.

This first introduction of in-game podcasts in the GTA series illustrates how players' listening habits have evolved since the release of GTA 5 in 2013. The entertainment experiences within the game, including radio stations and podcast conversations, aim to enrich the already complex narrative environment of the GTA universe.

GTA VI offers a variety of radio stations, including Cocoteo FM, Back Country Radio, and AfroBank FM. Featured DJs include Bad Bunny and Lana Del Rey. In addition to music, podcasts will be available, which can be listened to even outside of a vehicle by protagonists Jason and Lucia through their smartphones.

Each station covers a wide range of genres, from modern Latin music to heavy metal, featuring different personalities like Mud Dog Mike on Back Country Radio. Rockstar aims to deliver a dynamic experience to players with varied music selections.
